ERW Tube Mill Line Description

This Tube mill is designe for producing Φ19-Φ76mm, 0.8-3mm high frequency straight seam welded tube and corresponding square tube and special-shaped tube (δ≤2mm).

This pipe production line is special equipment for ERW pipe production refers to industries such as metallurgy, construction, transportation, vehicles and so on, which is based on Cold Roll Forming and High-frequency Welding using the strip steel as raw material, to manufacture the specified round pipes, square pipes and special section pipes. Also pass technology is applied in this equipment with stable operation, easily to be operated and maintained, which has reached the high level of structure and precision in the same industry.
